We tried out the KeepThisPen concept august of last year. I heard about it through a connection in the Insurance industry and he said it’d be perfect for us in Real Estate. The first week there wasn’t one call or knock on the door… same with the second week… Monday the 3rd week we came into the office to 8 messages on our machine of leads from seeing our ads on pens. I was amazed but figured with the market the way it is I doubt they will turn into sales. 50% of them bought a house… I was amazed until I heard how they did it, they placed our pens in restaurants near hotels where new residents were staying.
